The small community of Todd is located in the northwest mountains of North Carolina.  Enjoy bicycling, fishing, kayaking and tubing in a peaceful setting.

Our Property

 

We are on 6 acres on the River - we live on site and rent our Guest House and a Barn Apartment.  Plenty of parking, an apple orchard in the fall for picking, watch the deer in the yard or enjoy the front porch or cottage garden.

Kayak or Bike

 

Rivergirl Fishing Company is located in downtown Todd and offers kayaking, rafting, fishing and bicycling.

Todd Mercantile

 

The Todd Merc, located in downtown Todd' has a variety of locally made items as well as wonderful sweet treats, tee shirts and art.  You cannot miss the Cinnamon Buns - Yum!

Fishing

 

The Todd community has been designated a mountain trout heritage fishing location by the NC wildlife organization.  A 3-day fishing license can be purchased for only $5.00.

The barn apartment is a 1 bedroom 1 bath cozy unit.  Full kitchen and living area to enjoy the tranquil Todd area.

Pet Policy
 
Pets are welcome however, we do not allow them in the units.  We have a breezeway that is climate controlled and attaches to a large fenced yard for your furry family members.  Unit has a large crate for your pets use if needed, and plenty of room to stretch out!
